Terms of Service
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Who we are and what this document means
Facadso is provided by CAW (Akkuyu, Metehan), registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO) under number BE 0715.603.246, at 9240 Zele, Belgium ("Facadso", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Facadso, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Facadso.
Facadso is intended for use by self-employed professionals, businesses, and their team members in the course of their professional activity (B2B). It is not intended for use by consumers for personal, non-professional purposes.
2. The service
Facadso is an online tool for creating and sending quotes and invoices, client management, recurring invoices, expense management (including automatic data extraction from receipts), reporting, e-invoicing over the Peppol network, and collecting payments from your own clients through your own Mollie account (Mollie Connect).
We may change, expand, or discontinue the service, its features, and its user interface from time to time. Where reasonably possible, we announce a functional change that noticeably affects you in advance, for example by email or an in-app notice.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to accept these terms on your own or your company's behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and throughout your use of Facadso.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account, including that of team members you invite (staff, accountants). As an account owner, you're responsible for your team members' conduct within Facadso and for revoking their access when necessary (e.g. when they leave).
Notify us immediately at info@cawconsulting.be if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Facadso offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Ultimate subscriptions, with the features and limits described on our pricing page at the time of your choice. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
When you move to a pricier plan (e.g. from Pro to Ultimate), this takes effect immediately and the price difference for the remaining days of your current billing period is charged immediately. When you move to a cheaper plan, or cancel your subscription, your current plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; the change then takes effect. We don't refund the already-paid portion of a current period when you downgrade or cancel.
On Pro and Ultimate, the number of documents sent/received via Peppol is subject to a soft cap: usage above the amount included in your plan is automatically billed at €0.50 (excl. VAT) per extra document at your next renewal, up to a safety ceiling of three times your included amount. Above that ceiling, sending via Peppol is temporarily blocked until the next period; receiving documents is never refused.
If a payment for your subscription fails, we'll notify you by email and give you a reasonable period to update your payment details. If this isn't resolved within that period, we automatically move your account back to the free Starter plan.
We may adjust our prices; a price change affecting your existing subscription will be announced in advance and takes effect no earlier than your next renewal.
Invoices and payment records for your own Facadso subscription (including VAT) are sent to you by email and available within the app.
5. Payments you collect yourself through Facadso (Mollie Connect)
If you connect your own Mollie account to Facadso, you can create payment requests for your own clients. Payments from your clients settle directly with your own Mollie account, subject to Mollie B.V.'s own terms and fees. Facadso is not a party to that payment relationship and is not responsible for its processing, timeliness, or any disputes arising from it.
6. Your responsibility for your own data and documents
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter into Facadso, and of the quotes, invoices, and other documents you create and send through Facadso — including correctly applying VAT rates, any legally required statements, and complying with the bookkeeping and tax obligations that apply to you.
Facadso is a tool and doesn't provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Consult an accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer for that kind of advice.
If you enable Peppol e-invoicing, you're responsible for the accuracy of your company details and Peppol registration with our partner Recommand. We're not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect data or by disruptions in the Peppol network itself, outside our control.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Facadso for unlawful purposes, including creating fraudulent or misleading invoices or quotes, sending unsolicited bulk communications, or infringing the rights of third parties.
You may not reverse-engineer Facadso, attempt to access its source code, overload the service, or resell access to your account to third parties without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, if necessary without prior notice in cases of serious abuse.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the Facadso software, brand, design, and underlying technology remain the property of Facadso. These terms only grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use Facadso under your chosen subscription.
You retain ownership of your own data: your client records, your billing data, your logo, and any other content you enter or upload into Facadso yourself.
9. Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Facadso available and error-free, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability (no SLA). Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including outages at Supabase, Mollie, Recommand, Resend, or Anthropic) may cause temporary disruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Facadso in the twelve months preceding the event, and we're not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.
We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect data you entered yourself, from decisions you make based on Facadso's reports, or from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers such as Mollie B.V. or Recommand.
10. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time via Settings → Subscription, or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these terms, prolonged non-payment, or abuse of the service.
After termination, we retain your data for as long as described in our Privacy Policy (including any legally required bookkeeping retention periods), and delete it afterward.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example for new features or legal requirements. For a material change, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use Facadso after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent Belgian courts.
